I plan on updating this community everyday. Feel free to post your daily workout and menu. I will offer as many answers and info to any questions. I have lost 50 pounds in the past, but have about 50 more to go. I have picked up a lot of good advice over the years and will post tips everyday if possible. Please join and do the same.
